HOW DOES THE LILASH SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

By subscribing to a 3-month supply offer, you can enjoy the benefits of LiLash Serum at a discounted price. Plus, you won't have to worry about running out of your favorite lash serum any time soon.

After placing your first order, you will automatically receive a new tube of LiLash every 3 months.

Payment will be taken, from the original payment method, the day your new tube is sent out. i.e. if you placed your first subscription order on 17th July, payment will be taken for your next tube, 3 months later, on 17th October. And so on.

The Subscription offer is currently only available for UK based customers.


do I need an account to have a subscription?

Yes. An account is an easy way to view and manage your subscription. You can create an account at checkout or by selecting ‘login/create account’ from the menu bar.

After logging in, select ‘My account’ and then ‘Subscriptions’.

The details shown include:

  • The next order date

  • Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)

  • Subscription frequency

  • Order history

  • Saved billing and shipping information


Can I add an additional product to my order?

If you’ve selected to purchase the subscription offer, you won’t be able to add any other products to your cart. To purchase other products, you need to create a second order. If you incur postage charges with this order, please contact us and we will refund this charge.


How can I change my payment details and billing address?

Simply login to your account. Select ‘Payment method’, and then ‘Add new payment method’. If in doubt, contact us.

HOW CAN i PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Simply contact us.

Please ensure that you allow three business days for your subscription to be paused. Once your subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been processed, we are unable to pause your most recent order.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Simply login to your account, select ‘My account’ and then ‘Address’. Change your address and select ‘Save’. If in doubt, please contact us.

HOW CAN i CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your subscription is easy to manage and can be cancelled at any time. Simply login to your account and select on ‘Subscriptions’. If in doubt contact us.
